成本變高了,當然售價就會高,
所謂使用者付費,這是合理的
只是房子是民生必需品,

我改吃飯就好了...
再者麵包再貴,
每個月多支出的費用也不可能超過一千或一萬吧
對生活影響不大

同樣的,王品雖然毛利率高,
可是對生活的影響又不大,
而且替代性那麼高,
我幹麼非得去王品吃呢?

但房子就不行了吧!
而且,一個人一生中,
可以買幾次房子呢?
隨便漲個一佰萬,
至少一.二年的薪水就沒了,
所以政府及建商當然會被小老百姓罵翻天

所以,郭台銘就說雖然房地產好賺,
可是他不炒房,
因為影響人民的生活太大了
而大雄呢?
以炒房為樂,結果淪為階下囚...不勝唏噓
