林姓男子自稱科技公司老闆，出錢包養小模涉嫌開芭樂票，還要脅要公布偷拍性愛影片。台北地檢署依偽造有價證券等罪起訴。

起訴書指出，林男從民國101年到102年開價新台幣數十萬元包養小模，多名小模信以為真依約獻身，後來發現收到芭樂票，不但人財兩失，上床過程還遭偷拍。林男事後要脅要散布性愛影片，小模報警處理。

林男辯稱雙方是性交易，完事後有付現金，支票僅提供擔保，但檢方不採信他的辯詞。由於他之前已被依強制性交罪嫌起訴，案件目前由台北地院審理，台北地檢署這次針對他涉開芭樂票詐欺小模的部分，依詐欺、偽造有價證券等罪嫌追加起訴。(中央社)
