洪仲丘案 監院糾正國防部

（中央社記者葉素萍台北22日電）監察院說，軍方處理陸軍下士洪仲丘疑似遭虐死案，諸多違失，引發社會震盪，嚴重影響國軍聲譽，國防部、陸軍司令部遭糾正。

監察院調查洪仲丘案，5日已通過彈劾前542旅旅長沈威志等3名軍官，今天進一步通過監察委員黃武次、李復甸、劉玉山提案，糾正國防部、陸軍司令部。

糾正案文指出，國防部所屬陸軍司令部、陸軍六軍團542旅相關主管人員法治觀念不足，人權意識薄弱，法紀廢弛，對於洪仲丘禁閉（悔過）處分，違反法律實體規定、未依正當法律程序。

糾正案文說，陸軍六軍團269旅楊梅高山頂營區禁閉（悔過）室設置不當、管理人員資格不符、作業程序未依規定、教育訓練紀律鬆弛，有重大違失。1030522
