想升級舊電腦該如何著手呢?

各位大大好,小弟想升級舊電腦但是又捨不得整台換掉
想說換換一些硬體就好,不知道該如何著手..
平時我會打魔獸,轉檔(影片,音樂),逛FB或拍賣然後看看謎片等等..
其實現在用這台速度跟效能是都還算蠻快的(但有時會小LAG),
但是小弟還是希望能夠再快一些效能能再好一些!
沒有一定的預算,希望能聽各位大大的意見~
以下是小弟現在電腦目前的配備:





P.S.小弟RAM插到4G但是卻只有顯示3.5G,請問是什麼問題呢?
