房租全包，含乾淨枕頭、床包、水電、瓦斯及無線網路，提供鍋碗瓢盆、洗碗精、烤箱、微波爐、Toaster、烤肉架應有盡有!衛浴4間洗澡不用排，門口可停多部車。我們有大套房(含乾溼分離的衛浴、衣間及化妝間)及多間雙人房，每間都有鑰匙。不可在屋內吸菸，搬離需於二週前告知，押金$150，押金將於退租當日繳回鑰匙後歸還。學區內治安良好，附近鄰居都是OZ，溫馨的平價住宿。
