建商向王廣樹求償5300萬 郝：盼文林苑平和落幕

文林苑都更爭議，上週王家人王耀德，自拆組合屋之後，建商「樂揚」已經隨時準備動工，不過「樂揚」也因為不滿王家阻撓動工，昨天(十七號)到士林地方法院遞狀，向王家「王廣樹」求償已經支付給「同意戶」的租金和貸款利息，一共五千三百萬元，台北市長郝龍斌今天示，北市府希望文林苑案，可以理性平和落幕，所有住戶趕緊回家，如果需要，北市府會提供所有的行政協助及協調。
