曼非斯網賽封王 錦織圭衛冕成功

尋求衛冕的日本網球名將錦織圭(Kei Nishikori)，16日在曼非斯室內網球錦標賽奪冠，成為繼哈斯(Tommy Haas)在2006到2007年之後，首位連續在這場比賽封王的球員。

錦織圭是以6-4、7-6(7/0)，在決賽中擊敗克羅埃西亞選手卡洛維奇(Ivo Karlovic)。

這是這位24歲的日本頭號種子，職業生涯中拿下的第四座ATP冠軍，分別是2008年的狄爾萊海灘國際網球錦標賽(Delray Beach International Championships)、2012年的東京網球賽、以及去年和今年的曼非斯室內網球錦標賽。

被列為大會第16種子的錦織圭說，「這真是令人驚奇的感覺，我過去從未尋求衛冕過。」
