標題[討論] 面試時問生涯發展是要......？

最近面試的工作都會問到三五年後的生涯規劃 本來心理想的標準答案應該是「我會認真努力，跟本單位持續奮鬥」 但是我應徵都是約聘的，一年一簽 案子或計畫沒了我可能就會直接被踢走 可是如果回答：之後有考慮出國或國考，又擔心會讓雇主覺得我待不久 到底生涯規劃是問什麼意思的？ 說現在還在思考未來，好像我很沒有遠見 如果公司待遇不錯又能持續聘用，哪裡還需要思考未來 難道我說要結婚生子也可以？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.46.155.50
