我本身是住在彰化市,最近因為想換屋,所以有去看新推案「圓堡晨曦」,聽銷售人員介紹建材特色,聽起來是很不錯,但是有些真的是有聽沒有懂,是否有專業人士是可以幫幫我:
1.他們說外牆二丁掛是用吸水率1%以下的石英磚,那跟一般的二丁掛有麼不一樣?
2.拋光地磚跟馬桶說是有奈米,那奈米有什麼好處?
3.大門的部分是用「防爆鑄鋁門及五段鎖」那跟一般我們用的有甚麼不一樣?
4.他們一直強調門窗是用力霸這個品牌的原廠窗,那跟一般的窗又有甚麼不一樣?
5.電梯的部分說有加裝UPS系統,功能又是甚麼?
