台北市1對夫妻因工作繁忙，將女兒交給保母照顧，就讀國小的女童下課後都到保母家寫功課，不料引來保母的徐姓兒子伸狼爪，從2年前女童年僅8歲時，用「看功課」、「帶出遊」等名義，在無人處對女童摸胸、指姦，多達百餘次。最離譜的一次，徐男竟硬闖浴室強迫女童陪洗「鴛鴦浴」，導致女童身心嚴重受創，半夜都會作惡夢驚醒。
