【李姿慧／台北報導】eTag惹議，高公局長曾大仁通過記申誡2支，曾大仁受訪時表示：「尚未接獲通知，是間接得知，但我坦然接受，也會自我警惕，沒有做好，任何處分都接受。」

曾大仁表示，目前ETC系統已經穩定，扣錯款等情況已幾乎沒發生，僅有少數因車牌髒汙而影響系統辨識的零星問題，目前主要是客服電話服務抱怨較多，已要求遠通電收在過年前要改善，讓客服電話保持暢通，重點是未來要做得更好。
