立委別再騙了 柯媽媽再為汽車強制險請命

催生汽車強制險的柯媽媽（右二）上午到立法院，再度為汽車強制責任險請命，表示健保法第95條允許健保局代為求償，健保已經挖走強制車險250億元，強制車險面臨破產，她呼籲立法院盡速修法，刪除健保法第95條，朝野立委不要再騙了，也不要成為健保局幫兇。
