兩度深夜尾隨同一女子搓胸　輕薄男被訴

【黃哲民／新北報導】新北市25歲郭姓男子去年凌晨騎機車，在二重疏洪道尾隨一名年輕漂亮的大陸新娘，趁機摸捏女方胸部逃走，過幾天同時段重回原地又見同一名被害人，郭男竟撲倒女方一陣亂摸亂捏，女方狠咬郭男左手中指才逼郭男罷手。新北地檢署今起訴郭男涉犯性騷擾罪嫌與強制猥褻罪嫌，最重各判2年與5年。

被害人在餐廳工作，凌晨下班常獨自騎自行車回家。去年8月間，她下班回家經過三重區疏洪五路，2度被郭男尾隨襲胸，第一次沒防備被郭男得逞，第二次緊急護胸推擋。

去年9月17日凌晨2時許，被害人在同路段遠遠看見郭男騎車靠近，郭男直接加速逆向騎向她，接著把機車停在路中央，把她撲倒在地搓捏胸部。女方狂叫但無人車經過搭救，情急狠咬郭男想摀住她嘴巴的左手中指，郭男忍痛多摸捏好幾下才起身逃走。

女方記下車號報警，依警方拍攝照片認出郭男「邪惡的眼神」，女方並立刻辭職以免又落單遇襲。郭男認罪但辯稱：「是她自己摔倒的，不是我撲倒的！」
