情侶縱火燒家 男友二審判刑

（中央社記者蔡沛琪台北31日電）黃姓少女不滿家人管教，竟夥同呂姓男友縱火燒自家。台灣高院今天依殺人未遂等罪判處呂男9年10月有期徒刑，全案可上訴。

黃女不滿家人反對戀情，密謀夥同25歲男友在今年6月間縱火燒黃家位於新北市中和圓通路的住處，事後騎車逃逸，導致黃父、兄嫂及祖母等人受傷，黃父還誤認女兒仍在屋內，衝入搶救而呼吸衰竭，一度病危。

黃女與男友事後出面投案，黃女因未成年而被依少年事件處理法移送新北地院少年法庭，後來被移由檢方偵辦。呂男事後向黃父等人道歉遭拒，新北地方法院依殺人未遂等罪判處9年10月有期徒刑。台灣高等法院今天駁回上訴，全案仍可上訴。1021231
