標題[請益] 南科群創 光電研發工程師

各位前輩好! 小弟日前有幸面試南科群創 光電研發工程師 有問工作性質 主管告知內容主要從事 TV顯示元件研發、光學模擬 上班地點似乎會在群創D廠 記得上班表定8:00-17:00 責任制 (平均20:00下班) 薪水大約 N*14, 不確定有沒有其它獎金或分紅 小弟希望可以多加了解此職務 但google或爬文後發現幾乎沒有此職缺資訊 所以上來請教各位曾經待過或者了解此研發部門的前輩 想請教 1. 工作環境和氣氛 2. 每天大概需要做哪些事 3. 假日是否需要加班 4. 每年大約會有多少獎金或分紅 在此先感謝各位前輩撥空回覆 小弟感激不盡! ~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.71.45.22
