燦坤廣告不實 被處以5萬元罰鍰

燦坤旗下「燦坤快8網路商城」網站所販售的一款聲寶電冰箱宣稱「節能標章」，但其實標章已過期，針對燦坤所提供的商品資訊疑有虛偽不實，並可能誤導消費者一事，公平會今日針對燦坤處以新台幣5萬元罰緩。

燦坤卻喊冤，宣稱所有商品資訊都是來自原廠，就通路立場是無權更改廠商所提供的任何產品資訊，他們都是「原封不動」的將原廠所提供的資訊放在通路上，無論是實體門市或網路，他們都不會做任何的增減或修改，若原廠未告知，他們根本不知道標章已過期，但目前已將節能標章字樣取下，待原廠認證標章重新申請下來後再做標示。
