黃世銘洩密案 北院將傳江揆作證

台北地方法院審理檢察總長黃世銘被控洩密案，因檢方主張傳喚證人行政院長江宜樺，合議庭決定本月27日傳喚江宜樺出庭作證，明年元月起密集開庭審理，預計全案最快明年3月間宣判。北院下午已公布法庭旁聽規定。

檢察總長黃世銘被控洩密案，北院上月29日首次開庭時，公訴檢察官主張傳喚證人行政院長江宜樺，調查黃世銘向總統及行政院長洩密過程，不過黃世銘認為沒有必要，但合議庭評議後，決定本月27日傳喚江宜樺出庭作證，由檢、辯詰問。

至於其他證人部分，合議庭預定明年元月3日傳喚特偵組主任檢察官楊榮宗，隔周傳喚特偵組檢察官鄭深元，再隔周傳喚特偵組檢察事務官何其非及書記官王朝枝，預計明年2月7日進行言詞辯論庭，希望能速審速決，在黃世銘明年4月任期屆滿前宣判。
