威望電影投資內訌　前總經理A公款被訴

【賴又嘉／台北報導】王雪紅外甥、威望國際董事長陳主望找好友張心望擔任總經理，兩人卻因帳目不清鬧翻。陳主望指控張心望於2011年威望打算入主樂聲戲院時，利用陳主望對其信任且中文不好，偽造威望同意將樂聲戲院買賣權利無償轉讓張心望的協議書，使張以個人名義入股樂聲戲院。

此外，威望公司本有代理發行DVD業務，張心望卻找人頭另成立藝融等公司代理發行DVD，再向威望請款166萬元，並委由安源公司在全省I BON系統為威望代售奧斯卡等影展電影票，藉機侵吞95萬元。威望查帳驚覺張心望A錢怒提告。

北檢根據合約書及證人說詞，認定張心望侵占公款，今依背信、業務侵占、偽造文書等罪將張心望起訴。
