包覆銅管之泡棉破裂？

如題~
最近裝潢中，裝了2台冷氣
因室內機與室外機較遠
管線經過原本建商預留管路
但今天去看
包覆銅管的泡棉外表都有破損
1樓4個地方
2樓1個地方
跟冷氣商反映
冷氣商說這是房子設計時管線設計的問題
他們裝了好幾間都是這樣
我知道這種情況難免
我要求他至少用膠帶將破損的地方用膠帶包覆一下
他一直不肯
最後我說冷氣一裝要吹那麼多年
到時破掉不冷
難不成要把天花板拆掉
他自己也不敢保證這樣絕對沒問題
最後勉強同意來包
這真的是我太龜毛嗎？
