退大統油 新竹大賣場湧人潮

新竹市大潤發湳雅店18日起出現大批退貨人潮。

大統長期食品公司的食用油品爆發問題，新竹市大潤發出現大量退貨的消費者，自昨天上午營業至晚間11點，共退近500支的問題油，甚至服務員都加班至半夜12點，才將當天全數退貨油處理完畢。

新竹大潤發湳雅店客服部經理王秋煌表示，消費者只要帶著商品及發票，即以原消費方式退貨；若發票遺失，也可帶著商品至二樓服務台退貨，將以「提抵聯」供消費者使用，但必須是大潤發曾銷售過的大統油品商品。
