「免錢下午茶」　男子超商偷零食飲料遭逮

【楊忠翰／台北報導】台北市1名47歲的陳姓男子上周日下午3時許，進入貴陽街2段的超商佯裝購物，並趁著櫃檯女店員未注意時，將蒜茸花生與立頓奶茶塞進安全帽內準備離開，未料偷竊過程被另1名林姓店員察覺，隨即追出店門外將陳男攔下，並通知警方將他帶回派出所偵訊。

警方調查，涉嫌偷竊的陳男為便當店員工，有竊盜及詐欺前科，已多次利用下班順路經過便利商店時，入內偷取零食飲料再返家「享受下午茶」，警方訊後將陳男依竊盜罪移送法辦。
