高鐵漲價 公平會介入調查

(中央社記者吳靜君台北9日電)立法院促公平會調查高鐵調漲票價合理性。公平會主委吳秀明表示，年底前調查高鐵是否有違反公平交易法的行為。

公平交易委員會今天赴立法院經濟委員會，進行業務報告與2008年以來油電雙漲造成物價衝擊問題之政府查察、監控情形的專案報告。

立法委員關心高鐵漲價問題。民進黨立委林岱樺及林佳龍等質詢高鐵是否為獨占事業，以及調漲票價是否有濫用獨占的問題；國民黨立委黃昭順指出，雖然高鐵提供早鳥優惠，優惠3個月、6個月就結束，上班族看得到卻吃不到。

吳秀明回應，會了解高鐵是否為獨占事業，是否具有替代性，並進一步調查，高鐵調漲票價，公平交易法是否有介入空間。1021009
