【短片】女友著火男報案　接聽員竟竊笑

【綜合報導】美國亞利桑那一男子日前和女友駕車外出，車子突然故障起火，火勢延燒到女友身上，男子立刻報警求救，然而他聽到的回應，讓他相當錯愕。

911接聽員：「911，你要報什麼案？」
男子：「我的車著火了，我女友也著火了。」
911接聽員：「你的女友身上還有火嗎？」
男子：「沒有」
911接聽員：「沒有？」（背景傳出笑聲）
911接聽員：「你的車還有著火嗎？」
 
男子報案，聽到接聽員居然在背後竊笑，讓他感到相當不受尊重，擔心對方沒有把他當一回事，還又打一遍電話確定，雖然救援在第一通電話就已出發，但男子認為報案的人可能分秒必爭，接聽員在電話那頭胡鬧，萬一耽誤救援時間，後果可不堪設想。

當地警局接獲男子申訴，確認這起事件，並表示將進一步調查，至於著火的女友傷勢嚴重，需要長時間休養。
