我一個阿姨發生車禍 地點在嘉義市

阿姨騎機車 支道
對方騎機車 幹道
其實是道路一樣寬 但因為對方那條路車流量較大 所以算幹道
對方是14歲女國中生
無照駕駛 超速 又逆向
阿姨是靠右方騎車
對方是靠左方騎車
〈就是說 支道這條直線阿姨 靠右邊騎
對方是幹道 橫的 靠左邊騎 算是逆向)
阿姨當時車速只有20.30幾 對方有70.80幾
互撞後 警察來處理說是阿姨未依交通號誌行使

但如果不是對方逆向 根本不會撞在一起

現在要走法律 雙方都要提出有力的證據
各位能幫幫忙嘛~~~拜託!!
