黃小柔預產期在10月22日，健康檢查發現有妊娠高血壓，對孕婦跟寶寶在生產過程中都有危險，醫生規定她現在開始不能吃鹽巴，食物都得清淡，近來食安問題頻傳，楊丞琳還傳給她毒牛奶資訊，讓她擔心：「天啊，什麼都不能吃了吧！」

14日她在微博曬大肚照，體重已增加12公斤，她稱小孩為「Orange」，「Orange弟弟最近相當活潑，整個開始在肚子裡跳恰恰，肚子基本上也大到不能再大了。」她老公嚴格控管她的飲食，吃什麼都要經過他同意。開設多家餐廳的藍心湄昨說：「我的餐廳都用植物油，所以我不擔心。」
