電腦itunes無法同步iphone5

如題
我家電腦的itunes無法與我的iphone5同步

因為我想增加手機的鈴聲
所以上網查了方法
也在電腦裡下載了itunes
每個教學都是說手機連結電腦後就會出現同步的訊息
但是我試了好幾次都沒有出現
而且我的手機也有連上電腦
在我的電腦裡也都有看到手機已經連上
可是itunes就是沒有同步...

試了好多次終於有出現一個訊息小框框
結果訊息卻是說什麼無法同步之類的（沒記錯是

求會的人解救我啊TTTTTT
