民進黨立委要求政府延長水患治理特別條例施行期限，國民黨立委張嘉郡表示，系統性的治水政策是有延續性的，不會就此中斷；張嘉郡指出，昨天才與行政院長江宜樺通過電話，確認行政院本來就有編列治水特別預算的打算，現在只是預算規模尚待水利署、經建會確定，本來就有規劃，而非民進黨要求才編列
