治水預算 中央編38億

台灣中南部豪雨成災，中央政府治水預算成政治焦點。政府一○三年度預算書送抵立法院，包括中央整治計畫和補助地方政府在內，政府各部會共編列三十八億元治水預算。

治水預算以經濟部水利署編列最多。中央治水計畫包括九十八年啟動的「區域排水整治及環境營造計畫」，共十六億元，主要用於中央管理區域的排水用地取得、維護；今年開始補助地方政府的「易淹水地區後續治理及維護管理計畫」，共十四億元。

水土保持局編列五億元治水預算防治集水區土石流；營建署則編列二點四七億元建設雨水下水道系統；另有農委會七千八百萬元預算，補助地方建設農田水利。
