無戶籍國民入境停留放寬為3個月

內政部於通過「臺灣地區無戶籍國民申請入國居留定居許可辦法」第8條修正草案，將無戶籍國民臨時入境停留期限由現行30天放寬為3個月。

內政部表示，本次修正「臺灣地區無戶籍國民申請入國居留定居許可辦法」，是考量以往無戶籍國民來臺申請臨時入境停留（落地簽）之期限僅有30天，對需在臺停留較長期間者，將造成不便，故本次修正放寬無戶籍國民臨時入境停留期限，由現行30天延長至3個月，以解決其臨時入境停留之困擾。修正草案將於近日依法制作業程序發布施行。
