中油林園廠飄惡臭　氣壓閥故障所致

【楊適群╱高雄報導】中油林園廠內一座裂解氣壓機昨晚疑因高壓閥驅動器故障，使得石化氣體積存氣壓機內無法排除，廠方緊急停機將氣體轉往南區廢氣燃燒塔燃燒排除，因而導致塔頂冒出烈焰，周邊五福里、中汕里居民聞到類似燃燒塑膠臭味，有10多人到廠區瞭解狀況。
 
高市消防局和環保局派員到場瞭解，當場開出罰單。中油林園廠今天表示，裂解氣壓機主要是把石化氣體加壓成為液態，現已停機維修，對於昨晚事故引發居民驚擾深感抱歉。
