排水系統不堪負荷　地下室電腦倉庫泡水

【李銘宏／台北報導】潭美即將離台，但外圍環流挾帶的水氣相當豐沛，北台灣仍可感受明顯風雨，因瞬間豪雨導致市區下水道排水不及，造成台北市多處低漥地區淹水。

今天清晨0時許，北市一處公寓地下一樓倉庫慘遭水淹，倉庫內存放的電腦主機、螢幕及其他零組件全部泡湯，市政府工務局緊急調用抽水機將水漸漸抽出，但造成的損失已無法估計。
