賴素如獲1500萬元交保候傳　限制出境、住居

北市雙子星弊案，台北市前議員賴素如遭控貪汙一案，法官作出最新判決，裁定賴素如以1500萬元交保候傳，並維持原先限制出境、限制住居等判決。

國民黨籍台北市議員賴素如，遭指控涉及護航太極雙星團隊，並且向對方索賄1千

萬，而被檢方依涉嫌貪污罪嫌收押並提起公訴；全案於8月26日移審台北地院召開接押庭後，賴素如雖否認收賄，聲稱相關款項是「政治獻金」，但仍然被合議庭法官裁定續押，而同案被告，金主程宏道則是以新台幣1百萬元交保候傳。

而賴素如遭羈押至今已145天，律師23日再度聲請停止羈押，地院重新開庭後已大概了解相關過程，決定賴素如以1500萬元交保候傳，並維持原先限制出境、限制住居處分判決，律師聲請具保停止羈押成功。
