(急)請問鑽牛角尖的個性是不是不好呢？它與擇善固執意思同嘛？

各位 知識大大們 晚安：

因為我覺的我自已有時對事物的看法會鑽牛腳尖的去想！
甚至自已對事物的看法也會鑽牛腳尖的去請教別人的看法(想法)等.

因此，也有人對我形容過鑽牛腳尖這句話.

故、我想請問各位 知識大大們一下

1.(心態一)請問對人、事、物鑽牛腳尖的話;
(心態二)或是把一件事放在心上、而去鑽牛腳尖的去問別人的看法.
以上這兩種心態是不是不好呢？？？會不會影嚮工作與人際關係呢？？？

2.請問鑽牛腳尖與擇善固執是相同意思嘛？？？
還有擇善固執的人是否也是不對、不好的呢？？？

問題很多

希望請知識大大回覆時能依照內容問號來回答比較好明白
