標題[食記] 台中 Oui 8吉市 鬆餅新品

今天早上早了些起床 到了一間自以為是麵包店,但其實是鬆餅點的店吃早餐"Oui Cafe"青海店 明明看著牆上海報寫者買一送一好興奮!! 結果一聽到店員說"阿!昨天才結束!" 心裡有一點遺憾 原本想要點的鮮奶茶也放棄他了(英國早餐茶調的奶茶應該會有些苦吧自己這麼想) 但是我點的蒜味豬肉真的好好吃 最上面的一層起司最讓我心動 它裡面的肉撒上胡椒其實很夠味 配早晨入口的清爽小黃瓜真的對味阿~ 但是要非常小心的一點就是,他的鬆餅並非普通的軟軟鬆餅 而是類似可果鬆餅那樣一小顆一小顆的比利時鬆餅結構 比較酥脆一點很有口感,大小也適中讓你吃的不膩這樣 所以他雖然附給你刀叉 但是我吃的根本像是嘴巴有洞,處於切沒幾下食物就一直飛出去的狀態 沒有插好食物到嘴前也會"咚"的一聲掉下去" 因此如果你要去嘗鮮的話,非常不建議約會的情侶們(跟我一樣粗魯的話,食物會飛的弄髒裙子吧我想(笑)) 但還是要再說一次,沒有買一送一真的是太可惜了!! 然後回研究室又看到"公益店鬆餅試賣期間,半~價~"是想逼死誰 http://www.ouicafe.com/news.php =============================================================== 博士生圖文日記 http://annieshing.pixnet.net/blog/post/197360720 =============================================================== -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.134.68.97

圖文網誌版(無音樂):http://anity0404.pixnet.net/blog/post/156266870 餐廳名稱：木匠炭火燒肉 消費時間：2013.08.23 地址：台南市中西區健康路二段396號 電話：06-2912915 每人平均價位：438元(399+1成服務費) 有無包廂：無 推薦菜色：安平烤蚵(海鮮類都很推薦) 自從懷孕之後，常常大腦會突然閃過一種特別想吃的味道， 如果沒吃到會有著沮喪的感覺， 例如：懷孕初期有一陣子特別喜歡可以加檸檬的越南河粉， 還有氣味比較不會太重的麥當勞， 懷孕中期特別喜愛吃八寶冰（懷孕前幾乎不吃八寶冰）， 懷孕後期的胃就更奇特了，會想念彰化的古早味肉圓、涼圓， 想念母親大人煮的桂圓糯米粥， 而8/23星期五晚上，上完媽媽教室的我突然有想吃燒烤的胃， 而且指定要有牡蠣的店家， 於是我和老公就前往位於健康路的木匠炭火燒肉準備大快朵頤！　 到木匠燒肉之後，店內客人其實不多， 我們兩人坐在四人坐的沙發，空間位置很大。 菜單上的飲料可選擇：烏梅汁、檸檬水、檸檬紅茶， 每次都是提供一壺，喝完再續一壺， 我們點的是烏梅汁，酸甜冰涼的口感，可以去油解膩。 每個人都有一小碟調味醬料， 另有蒜泥、洋蔥泥、辣醬、鹽、胡椒可自行調味。 在燒烤之前先抹上豬油以避免肉片沾黏在烤網， 第一輪點的菜陸續上桌囉! 我們點的火鍋是昆布鍋， 服務生已經先將我們點的火鍋料和高麗菜放進鍋裡。 羊五花，澳洲小羔羊的油花均勻散布在羊肉上，不帶腥味， 牛五花，油脂分布均勻且切塊大小適中，烤約六分熟呈現油光亮澤， 霜降牛肉，油花分布細膩， 火烤後的牛五花，吃起來真是美味多汁。 照燒牛肉串，濃郁的照燒醬汁經燒烤後，完美鎖住鮮甜肉汁， 感受照燒醬汁及鮮美肉汁呈現的絕佳口感，挑動味蕾。 這盤是老公愛吃的雞軟骨、雞心， 花枝漿吃起來Q彈十足且鮮甜多汁，還可以咬到脆嫩的花枝肉塊， 花枝、香魚、龍珠、柳葉魚都非常新鮮， 我特別喜歡吃他們家調味過後的花枝帶有鮮甜爽脆的口感， 因此每次加點都有點花枝。 愛吃蟹身、蟹管的老公，說木匠提供的螃蟹很新鮮， 我特別愛吃蝦子，蝦子的皮也很好剝，味道鮮美， 螺肉雖然好吃，但因為螺肉取出不易， 因此點了第一輪就沒再點第二輪了。 烤杏鮑菇、四季豆、香菇、洋蔥及馬鈴薯， 雖然來日式燒烤店的目的是吃燒肉，但適量補充蔬菜也很重要。 炭火烤過的筊白筍呈現特殊香氣， 不沾醬料也很好吃，外香脆內多汁。 鮮蛤和安平烤蚵，我覺得安平烤蚵算是木匠燒肉的一大特色， 目前在台南日式燒肉店， 似乎只有木匠提供安平烤蚵。 新鮮肥美的蚵仔，蚵肚圓潤飽滿且汁多味美， 這也是我們一直加點的料理之一。 最近特別懷念小時候的味道，所以我還點了半份吐司切片及半份嫩煎牛肉， 這時胃已塞不進任何東西的老公，驚訝地看著我烤肉和土司， 明明一直是小鳥胃的我們， 不知為何，當天晚上我的食量特別好。 木匠提供的冰淇淋是聖堤亞熱帶水果冰淇淋， 我點了一碗芒果冰淇淋， 號稱是低脂低糖低熱量的聖堤亞， 每種冰淇淋都吃得到果肉， 實際品嘗一口，濃郁的芒果香氣，且真的有芒果果肉在裏頭，呈現多層次的口感。 吃飽喝足，甜點少不了烤棉花糖和烤麻糬， 木匠提供的甜點種類比其他日式燒烤店來得少，是有些可惜； 當晚的服務生數量不少， 座位也沒座滿，但是漏單的狀況卻經常出現， 說要加湯，也是催了兩次，隔了滿久才來加湯， 這點倒真的需要改進。 但也因為當天人數不多，所以我們整整吃了三個小時， 店家都沒有提醒我們時間到了，也願意讓我們持續加點， 因此整體而言吃得還滿開心的。 以上心得與大家分享~ -- ○ ▊█◢ ◤█◣ ◢█◣ ◣ ▏ ▄▄▄ ○ █◤ █ █ ▉ ▂▁ ▊ ▉ █ ○ ◣◢ █ █。 ◣◢ 。 ◥██ ◢██◣ █ ◢ ▎ ██ █ █ ██ █ █████ ████▏ ◥ ██ ▌█ ███ ██◣ ██ ○ ○ ◥ ◥██ ███◤ ██ ██ █ █ █▆◤ ██ ccfg◣ █。＼ ◥◣ ◢██◤／◣ ◢。◥◤ ○ 。 █ ◥◤ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 210.70.174.55 ※ 編輯: jhp 來自: 210.70.174.55 (08/26 13:39)

　　有在玩《當個創世神》的玩家想必都用過不少模組吧？像小編就相當愛玩工業模組，嘗試用各種發電方式來打造自己的大型工廠，或是用強化模組讓遊戲的圖像呈現更細緻些，但近期出現了一個引起熱烈討論的聲音模組，因為有位玩家用自己來為遊戲中的所有音效配音。

　　R2Bl3nd 是這個模組的製作者，用了 1 年半的時間才將全部 489 個音效全部用自己的聲音配完，要將遊戲裡這麼多的音效全部自己配完，還得配得如此趣味可不是一項簡單的工程啊！雖說這模組並沒有加入什麼新的打造物品或是新的怪物、動物等等，但本身所提供的樂趣感覺也不輸其他玩家所製作的模組，不知道各位玩家會不會也想試試看這款模組呢？
