【陸運鋒／新北報導】蘋果在今天深夜10時許接獲民眾投訴，淡水知名的情人塔因為跳電，導致陳先生與友人加上其他旅客一共7人，受困在情人塔上兩小時，雖然工人已經在維修，但是他們已經受困2小時了，情人塔上面都沒有電，導致陳先生一群人感到很害怕，目前受困在情人塔上。

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】南美洲的祕魯，有個延續了百年的民俗祭典活動，整個活動都以「貓」為主，除了有鬥貓比賽外，祭典的最高潮，※又是把參加祭典的百隻貓咪當場宰殺，並在滾燙的鐵板上，烹調成火烤全貓大餐，讓參與祭典的人們飽餐一頓。

這個祭典的名稱叫做「聖艾菲傑尼亞」(Santa Efigenia)，每年都在靠近首都利馬的小鎮拉克夫拉達舉辦，祭典的目的是紀念秘魯史上的一位「黑聖人」(Black Saint)。當地居民每年都會為了這場祭典「準備」好上百隻活貓，祭典開始後，這些貓會被拿來參加賽貓比賽，之後當場宰殺，在廣場上由專業廚師現場剝皮去毛，放上鐵板作成貓咪烤肉，讓參加的所有居民飽餐一頓。

去年有多個愛護動物組織的成員，特別選在祭典日到現場抗議，而祕魯政府也一度宣布，這個活動到去年就結束，日後將不再舉辦，但根據《太陽報》的報導，今年似乎在一樣的時間，繼續上演著。

【林泊志／宜蘭報導】蘇澳籍遠洋延繩釣漁船裕益發168號昨(14)日在蘇澳港外海東南方4.5海里處，船艙突竄出火苗，因該船才從南方澳漁港整補出海，船上載滿20萬公升油料，火勢一發不可收拾，船長劉秋平抱著船上的媽祖神像跳海逃生，其餘17船員也紛紛跳海，經友船搭救撿回一命。
 
蘇澳海巡隊獲報搶救滅火，今宜蘭縣府巡護船宜安6號試圖將「裕」船拖帶進港，受東北季風南下，進港前風浪強勁，增加拖帶難度，遲至下午3時許，船隻才緩緩進港，泊靠在南興安檢所碼頭。

裕益發168號船身上半部全都燒毀焦黑，濃煙仍不斷從船內竄出，由於船上仍有數萬公升油料，海巡隊不敢大意，船艇持續在旁戒護，沿途不斷灑水降溫滅火。一靠岸，岸上南方澳消防分隊警義消也登船灌救，船上還有濃濃柴油味及玻璃纖維燒毀味道，這起火燒船起火原因仍待調查。

但我很多話想說
所以剛申請版上帳號就來這廢話XD
以下的觀念也不一定是正確的
主要是希望說出我的觀念
和大家討論
讓大家和我的觀念能澄清

我想對一些沒有接觸dota類
或接觸過但一直很幹為啥一直輸的人
說一些很基本
但很多人（包括我）都不一定做的到的事情

從資源觀念分享起

1.資源的分配

大家都知道一定遊戲時間內
全地圖的CP（（包括重生
和英雄數字都是固定的
也就是說
全場的能得到資源（金錢）是固定的
因此資源分配和效率便變得很重要
除了一開始選角時就要注意到
誰當CARRY誰TANK誰GANK誰JUNGLE之外
不要跟較需資源的位子搶資源
也是一件很重要的事

通常CARRY是最吃資源的
是個能帶領全隊拆家的要角
一出場就可以決定勝負
通常是AP AD等角色（（也通常有控場技
但曾經遇到TANK角拿來當CARRY的神手級人物（（！！

因此新手注意了
不是很有把握，請不要當佔資源的角色
沒中路經驗和進退觀念
請別走中路（（隊友會感謝你

2.進退觀念
DOTA類的遊戲首重進退及走位
也就是說有經驗的進退判斷跟走位
很容易影響大局或自己的生死

團戰中請大家集中攻擊集火區（隊友能一起輸出的位子）
沒辦法就退，不要逞強
不要太深入追敵
一深入，你已經走入了對方的集火區
換成你
看到一個智障走進隊友和你技能範圍
你會怎麼做？？

推進方面
因為LOL是由前DOTA開發團隊中的一員開創的
在推進方面很像DOTA
我覺得順序如下

推塔>推線>殺敵

為啥我會覺得是以上順序呢？？
因為資源分配及效率的問題（（非常重要
如果因為你要殺3個敵人在下路
隊友4人衝上去圍殺
結果只殺掉一個
隊友都剩下半血半魔
而敵人趁你們大殺時推掉了中路的塔
誰賺到了？？

敵方：推塔+推兵+一塊控制領域 - 一個英雄的錢
我方：回家補寫和魔的時間和錢 - 一個塔的攻擊力 - 一塊控制領域＋一個英雄的錢

賺賠可想而知
並不是說殺敵不重要，而是投資報酬率問題
如果殺敵讓全隊大部分受益那是好的
如果自己很肥卻輸了
除非你隊友從來沒玩過
你要好好思考自己的打法

很多人哀說：自己20幾殺，隊友都不給力不聽話不支援我，害我們輸掉了WTF！！
很多人也說：我們雖然差了10幾個殺敵數，但最後還是靠團隊推塔跟帶線取的勝利！！

大家想當哪種人呢？？

3.熟悉所有英雄和地圖
一開始入門，大家一定都對技能霧煞煞
但英雄因為技能而顯出特色
不熟悉英雄技能，就不能掌控對方跑位時想做什麼
也不能預防英雄有啥突發狀況
因此熟悉英雄是很重要的

地圖要知道哪裡有草叢
蹲人GANK可能的地點
哪裡有落差或牆可以越牆逃跑（擊殺）
插眼的點在哪，河流的可能團戰的位置
不要因為地圖不熟
讓大家都很哭杯

這兩點唯一能增強的方法
請多練習

4.最重要的
這是個團隊遊戲
再說一次
這是個團隊遊戲
請利用標記，-1、0來做線上完整的溝通
輸了不怪罪隊友（（儘管都是一群小白
贏了不嘴賤敵人（（儘管對方挑釁雞車
逆風不當爛跳狗（（儘管打起來很哭杯
你的一言一句一行都會影響大家

不要一直嘴砲到最後大家都笑你智障
可能真的是自己的錯
被笑明明不會打還唱秋
最後你會被黑名
然後永遠遇不到強者跟有品人士
每玩便氣
