知名淡水情人塔　跳電導致遊客受困

【陸運鋒／新北報導】蘋果在今天深夜10時許接獲民眾投訴，淡水知名的情人塔因為跳電，導致陳先生與友人加上其他旅客一共7人，受困在情人塔上兩小時，雖然工人已經在維修，但是他們已經受困2小時了，情人塔上面都沒有電，導致陳先生一群人感到很害怕，目前受困在情人塔上。
