詐騙集團刺探軍情 起訴兩兵

〔自由時報記者張文川／台北報導〕兩岸詐騙集團成員朱宇崴，入伍赴馬祖當兵後，就被集團首腦賦予打探軍營勤務的任務，欲將情報轉賣中國。高檢署今年五月約談朱嫌等三名退伍士兵到案，日前依刺探收集國防秘密罪嫌，將朱宇崴與何姓士兵提起公訴，黃姓士兵因罪嫌不足，獲不起訴；至於吸收朱的集團首腦，檢方另案偵辦中。

檢方指出，朱宇崴入伍服役，接收到大多時間長駐中國的我國籍集團首腦指令，要求他暗中收集國軍在馬祖營區的人力部署、武力配置與移防、勤務慣性、軍官人事異動，退伍後持續透過仍在軍中服役的同袍收集軍情；憲調站接獲檢舉，報請高檢署指揮偵辦。

辦案人員透露，兩位士兵的階級不高，所知有限，所收集到的軍情資訊保密等級並不高，但仍涉刺探收集國防秘密罪，將兩人起訴。
