拒3千萬和解 小開認發清涼照

〔自由時報記者錢利忠／台北報導〕姜姓女模指控知名「沈記玉飾」少東沈家民偷拍她視訊清涼照，逼她與其交往，檢方傳喚兩造談和解，姜女當庭開價3千萬元，沈家民質疑獅子大開口，和解破局；台北地檢署昨將沈男依恐嚇、妨害秘密及妨害名譽等罪起訴，並聲請簡易判決處刑。

姜女指控，雙方曾透過網路視訊對談，沈家民慫恿她解開上衣，趁機拍下清涼照；事後以照片要脅交往被拒，竟透過臉書散布清涼照，甚至寄照片給她的親友，還傳簡訊恐嚇她，揚言放話指她在「賣」。

沈家民出示出遊合照，辯稱雙方以結婚為前提交往，當初因長住澳洲才拍視訊照留念，所有照片都經對方同意拍攝；後來質疑對方賺不法之財而起口角，承認因感情糾紛寄照騷擾，但沒恐嚇意圖。

去年8月，檢方搜索沈家民住處，在他電腦硬碟及手機中，查獲多張姜女視訊流出的清涼照，訊後依恐嚇等罪，諭令20萬元交保，並限制出境。

此外，沈家民另涉及上億元珠寶詐騙案，被「蕓賞」珠寶行老闆娘嚴嘉慧提告詐欺；嚴女指控，去年委託沈家民代售珠寶，起初買賣交易正常，今年2月，沈家民卻拿走她17件、市值約1億2千萬元珠寶未還，此案仍在偵辦中。
