只有國家與國家之間才能建交，問題是對岸根本不承認台灣是國家，要怎麼建交？

對岸能夠接受的方式只有兩種

1. 台灣投降，與中國統一
2. 台灣保持現狀，但與中國名義上統一

而絕大多數的台灣民眾都不願意接受這兩種方式，所以問題不在我方，在對岸
