抗議「家樂福黑心商品」 7人送辦

多名遭家樂福解雇勞工在桃園縣產業總工會等多個勞工團體陪同下，30日到家樂福桃園經國店前抗議；勞團指出，遭解雇員工身兼工會幹部，主要負責檢驗賣場各項商品期限與安全把關，無奈遭解雇，導致商品出現把關漏洞，家樂福則表示，解雇員工於法有據，且已進入司法程序。

「無良企業」、「還我工作權」、「還我加班費」數10位勞團人員一度要進入賣場，要求檢視賣場是否有過期商品，與警方、賣場警衛對峙，現場氣氛一度緊張。

家樂福認為「抗議家樂福黑心商品」行動影響商譽，當場提告「妨害名譽」，警方受理後帶回包括家樂福工會常務理事陳明德、桃園縣產業總工會祕書黃士庭、王浩、黃敬文，以及老年勞工關懷協會祕書林莊周、富士全錄工會祕書吳嘉浤、自主工聯執行長朱維立等7人，他們全數行使緘默權，警方訊後移送地檢署偵辦
