彰化藝術中心爆包商欠款

彰化藝術中心獲得公共工程品質獎，驚爆水電包商跳票，受害包商組成自救會，今天拉白布條抗議，要求縣政府出門協助。彰化縣政府參議陳君瑞說，會要求總工程承包商找下游水電包商，8月28日開會討論解決這件事。
