基隆府會驚傳再遭檢方搜索！基隆地檢署檢方在今（20）日上午，指揮廉政署和調查局北機組同步對基隆市政府、市議會發動搜索，並帶走9名議員協助偵訊，並約談9名議員，至晚間最新的消息指出，有18名市議員列被告。

根據了解，針對今天上午的府會同步搜索、約談行動，主要疑似是與集合住宅新建工程弊案有關，據傳有多名基隆市政府官員及基隆市議會議員涉案共謀索賄；檢方稍後將會針對今天搜索、約談行動公開說明。

基隆地檢署主任檢察官表示，基隆市政府向內政部營政署申請5億元補助，進行「月眉都市計畫道路改善拓寬工程」，但該工程原遭大多數議員否決，事後竟「腹活」，檢方質疑市議員有圖利之嫌，

今早指揮調查局北機組及廉政署共140人，搜索基隆市議會、多名市議員住家、服務處等24處所，並查扣現金500萬、帳冊，並帶回19嫌疑人，其中有18名市議員列被告。
