管爺濕背秀

為響應全球漸凍人募款的冰桶挑戰（ALS Ice Bucket Challenge）公益活動，國發會主委管中閔傍晚在國發會外親自潑水演出「濕背秀」，「管爺」也點名經濟部長杜紫軍、台大校長楊泮池與農委會主委陳保基接受挑戰。
