彰化貓狗大戰殃及名車 索賠無門

彰化縣三隻流浪狗昨天追趕一隻貓，貓逃竄到民宅車庫，鑽進車底躲藏，引發貓狗大戰。三隻狗不放棄，圍著轎車又啃、又抓，導致100多萬元的BMW轎車，烤漆、燈罩、保險桿布滿抓痕，連鋼板也凹陷，黃姓車主發現後，趕走貓狗，但名車已經傷痕累累。他將轎車送到車廠維修，業者今天評估烤漆加板金花費將近三萬元。

車主想申請保險理賠，但因為不明損傷無法理賠，又無法查出貓狗飼主無法要求賠償理賠，黃姓車主只能大嘆倒楣。
