標題[問題] 幫朋友問，W7安裝失敗

過程是這樣： 我的朋友安裝W7家用版的時候，在即將完成之際跳電了！！ 接著據他所述，無論如何都無法再正確安裝， 只要重開機都會跑出下列畫面 http://i.imgur.com/DEhTKLl.jpg
然後據稱BIOS的設定也是從光碟開機，應無錯誤 http://i.imgur.com/s04cM2B.jpg
