第 1147 條繼承，因被繼承人死亡而開始。

不動產繼承登記，自己去地政事務所辦理當然也可以，
但有ㄧ些必要文件，例如全體繼承人戶籍謄本、印鑑、文書、財產分配書、填寫、、、、、、、、如果不熟悉業務內容的人自己去辦，常會丟三落四的
走了多次~~仍文件不齊，搞得一肚子氣。

這些業務~~代書當然是非常熟悉，會告訴繼承人該準備哪些東西，填寫哪些文件，財產分配表、蓋章、請繼承人看分配表蓋章、、【辦理起來比較快】不會丟三落似走很多遍
