車床工愛槍成痴　網購零件改槍遭逮

家住新北市三重區的車床工朱民傑（35歲，無前科），日前先後在台北市大同區某玩具槍店及露天拍賣，購買道具槍及撞針、玩具子彈後，利用所學技術改造道具槍；台北市警局大安分局警員網路巡邏時，發現朱嫌網購槍枝零件可疑，經連日跟監，前天中午在朱嫌住處查獲改造手槍1支、子彈3顆及工具。
 
警方表示，朱嫌自稱製槍技術都是上網學習，改造槍枝也是觀賞自用，並無販售牟利或從事不法行為。警訊後，依違反《槍砲彈藥刀械管制條例》，移送新北地檢署偵辦。（林志青╱台北報導）
