我不確定對方是否真的握有我跟她老公辦事的證據,她只給我聽他錄到我跟她老公在講電話的內容,我聽不太清楚但我有聽到'做愛"兩個字,我想請問,如果我被告了.1.會被判多久,2.可以易科罰金嗎?3.金額最多會到多少4.如果我已經繳了罰金還會被關嗎?5.民事的精神賠償 我如果賠不出來 我要被關嗎?6.如果事情結束了之後,她老婆還是堅持不離婚,那到時我可以跟她老公在一起嗎?7.還是有可能我又會在被告一次?8.我想知道如果我現在硬是要跟她老公在一起,會有多嚴重?
