大埔案 內政部彙整最後意見

（中央社記者蘇龍麒台北26日電）內政部次長蕭家淇今天表示，有關苗栗大埔案是否上訴，內政部收到苗栗縣政府的意見後，還要進行最後討論與彙整意見的工作。

苗栗大埔拆遷戶控告內政部徵收違法，台中高等行政法院更一審3日宣判，張藥房等4戶逆轉勝訴，其他駁回。內政部將在農曆年前決定是否提出上訴。

蕭家淇受訪時表示，大埔案是否上訴問題，內政部已經持續邀集地方政府、學者專家、律師等，研商開了超過5次會，目前苗栗縣政府提出意見後，內政部內部還是必須開會研商，並彙整出最後的意見，一切尚未定案。

他表示，上訴、部分上訴、不上訴、上訴後和解、被動上訴等選項，都在考量的範圍當中。

如果不上訴，要如何處理後續問題，蕭家淇表示，內政部也在評估還地、換地（配地）、補償等各種方案，並考量未來土地徵收制度修正的問題。

由於全案在29日下班前必須決定是否上訴，蕭家淇坦承，整個案子需要經過長時間的評估與研商，內政部的確有時間上的壓力，在最後3天會密集做最後的研商工作。1030126
