吸毒神智不清　騎車蛇行被逮

新北市1名有毒品等多項前科的陳姓男子，因毒癮發作躲在土城區亞洲路上的一間加油站廁所內吸毒，昨天晚間9時許，他騎車欲返回住處，因神智不清在馬路上蛇行遭警方攔檢，還在他的隨身包包內查獲安非他命1.15公克和注射針筒等證物。
 
陳男向警方供稱，他當兵時誤交損友開始吸毒，還因缺錢購毒犯下多起強盜和竊盜案件入獄服刑，10多年來始終戒除不了毒癮，家人也都不願跟他往來，現在只靠打臨工維生，收入幾乎全花在毒品上，警方訊後依毒品危害防制條例罪嫌將他移送法辦，並將擴大追查毒品上游來源。(陳韋劭／新北報導)
